摘要
在Q235钢试样上刷涂Al粉,并应用等离子表面重熔技术在试样上制备Fe-Al金属化合物覆层。用X射线衍射仪分析了覆层的相组成。用金相显微镜观察组织结构。用显微硬度计测试了Vickers硬度。实验结果得出,覆层中的主相为Fe3Al,次为Fe,含有少量的Al2O3和微量的SiO2;覆层中的Fe3Al呈针状和短棒状分布;覆层的Vickers硬度达10000MPa,较基体的硬度有大幅提高。在Q235钢部件上熔覆Fe3Al金相化合物后提高了耐磨性,耐腐蚀性,并增加部件的结构强度。
The Fe3Al intermetallics was prepared by plasma surface remelting technology, in which Al powder was coated on the QZ35 steel sample. The phase components and microstructure were characterized by XRD and metalloscope respectively. The Vickers hardness was measured by micro-hardness scale. The results indicated that the main phase in the coating is Fe3Al with needle and short rod, the second is Fe, and there are a little Al2O3 and. trace SiO2 in it. The Vickers hardness of the coating is up to 10 000 MPa, which is great higher than that of matrix. Coating Fe3Al intermetallic on the QZ35 steel, not only the corrosion and wear resistance is improved greatly, but also the strength of the construction parts is enhanced obviously.
