改良胰液引流方法行胰肾联合移植1例

摘要 胰肾联合移植已经成为治疗I型糖尿病合并尿毒症的首选方法。胰液外分泌的处理一直是胰腺移植的难点所在，我院于2006年1月采用改良胰液空肠引流术式为1例患者成功施行胰肾联合移植。目前患者／移植物存活良好，现报告如下：
