摘要
化妆品重金属检测前的预处理非常重要,粉剂类化妆品由于其成分不同于膏霜和乳液类化妆品,因此,采用的预处理方法也与之不同。本文对比了干灰化法、湿法消解和压力罐消解法,在试验中加入了超声和微波等辅助手段,发现压力罐消解配合超声与微波的方法能有效提高待测元素溶出结果,回收率在96~104%。
The pretreatment of cosmetics in detection of heavy metals is veary important for it can shift the sample into solution. The component of powder is quite different from those of ointment frost and latex. So the pretreatment of powder will be differ from others. This article compared some methods of pretreatment such as dry ashing,wet digestion and pressure tank digestion using ultrasonic and microwave as the assistant means. And we found that the method of pressure tank digestion with ultrasonic and microwave in lead dissolution is much better than others with the recovery rate of 96 - 104-%.
