摘要
采用先杀藻后续微生物治理的方法在太湖蓝藻爆发水域进行了现场实验,含藻率10%时,1 h内完全杀藻,48 h后底物分解率达80%,处理后水样透明无腥臭,藻毒素(MC)未测出,小鼠最大给药量测定(MTD)表明水样安全可饮用。
Experiments in Tai Lake where cyanobacteria bursts shows that when cyanobacteria content is 10%,within 1 hour 'it is all killed. After another 48 hours,80% of the substrates is decomposed, the water is clear and fishy odor is reduced. There is no MC anymore. Determination following mices are feed maximum dosage of treated water sample shows that the water is safe to drink.
