摘要
利用浸渍法制备了聚苯乙烯(C8H8)滤光膜,通过改变薄膜在溶液气氛中的静置时间,制备了不同的样品.用-αstep100台阶仪测量样品厚度,并研究了薄膜均匀性与静置时间的关系.结果表明,静置时间对C8H8滤光膜的均匀性是有影响的.用插值方法进行拟合,修正了计算膜层厚度的Landau-Levich理论公式,修正后的公式可适用于固化的薄膜厚度计算.
Calla filters are made by dip-coating. They are measured by α-step100 thickness measurement apparatus and the relation with rest times in Solution atmosphere is researched. Results indicates that rest time influences uniformity of C8 H8 filters. Landau-Levich formula is amended by interpolation method. The amended formula can apply to the calculating the thickness of solidified films.
