重组人白细胞介素-4对银屑病样小鼠模型的影响

Effects of rhil-4 on mice＇s psoriasis-like animal model

目的观察重组人白细胞介素-4（rhIL-4）对银屑病样小鼠模型的影响。方法采用小鼠雌激素期阴道上皮和鼠尾鳞片表皮实验模型，不同组别的小鼠给以甲氨喋呤或不同剂量的rhIL-4，分别观察其对增生阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和鼠尾鳞片颗粒层形成的影响。结果rhIL-4的3个剂量组均可抑制小鼠阴道上皮的有丝分裂，促进鼠尾鳞片颗粒层形成。结论提示rhIL-4具有促进银屑病样小鼠模型恢复的作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of rhIL-4 on mice＇s psoriasis-like animal model. Methods The effects of rhIL-4 on the formation of squamous granular layer at hyperplasy vaginal epithelial cell mitosis and the the mouse tail were evaluated by collecting the experimental model of the vaginal epithelial cell during estrogenic stage and squamous epidermis at the mouse tail treated with methotrexate or rhIL-4 at different doses. Results Three groups of rhIL-4 showed remarkable inhibitory effect on mouse vaginal epithelial cell mitosis and promoted the formation of squamous granular layer at the mouse tail. Conclusion The study suggest that rhIL-4 can improve the recovery of mice＇s psoriasis-like animal model.
