咳咳止口服液质控方法的研究

Studies on the method of quality control of kekezhi koufuye

目的建立咳咳止口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中浙贝母、银花、瓜蒌进行定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果橙皮苷的线性范围为418．2～2092．0ng（r=0．9998，n=5），平均回收率为98．86％，RSD为0．80％。结论方法可行，重复性好，可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective To set up the quality standards for Kekezhi Koufuye. Method Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Pericarpium Trichosanthis were identified by TCL method. The contents of hesperidin in Kekezhi Koufuye were determined by HPLC. Result The linear range and average recovery of hesperidin was 418.2-2092.0ng（r=0.9998, n=5）,RSD was 0.80%.Conclusion The method was convenient, accurate and practicable. It can be used for quality control in production of Kekezhi Koufuye.
