两种方法测定尿游离皮质醇的结果分析

摘要 目的比较分析化学发光免疫测定法(CLIA)和酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)测定尿游离皮质醇(UFC)结果。方法用上述两种方法分别测定68例住院病人(肾上腺疾病20例,非肾上腺疾病48例)24小时UFC,结果进行配对t检验和相关分析。结果两种方法检测UFC的结果无统计学差异(t=0.023,P〉0.05),两者具有良好的相关性(r=0.85),且与临床诊断符合率高。但在UFC浓度大于1000nmol/L时两结果有一定差别。结论两种方法均可用于检测UFC,CLIA实现了自动化,具有方便、快速、无毒等优点。 Objective To compare the results of detection of Urinary Free Cortisol(UFC) by chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and enzyme linked immonosorbent assay(ELISA).Methods 68 subjects(20 cases with disease of adrenal gland, 48 cases with disease of non-adrenal gland) were tested for 24 hours UFC by CLIA and ELISA. The results were statistically analyzed with T-test and correlation analysis. Results The results of UFC were majorly distributed in the range of 100-500nmol/L. The rest were distributed in 500-1000nmol/L or below lOOnmol/L. And all results were well corresponded with the clinical diagnosis of patients. There was no significant statistics difference between two methods (t=0.023, P〉 0.05) and was good correlation between them(r=0.85) in total. But there was difference between them in the results over 1000nmol/L. Conclusion CLIA and ELISA all can be applied to test UFC. CLIA has many advantages such as automation, convenience and no toxic.
