摘要
目的调查此次集体食物中毒的病原,防止类似食物中毒的发生。方法采用流行病学调查和对剩余食物烧鸭及病人血液与肛拭子标本进行实验室检验。结果剩余食物烧鸭和l1名病人的肛拭子均检出副溶血性弧菌,52名病人血常规检验白细胞升高(11.6~23.9×10^9/L)。结论副溶血性弧菌与肠道传染病菌比较,致病力较弱,但在食入大量活菌的情况下可引起食物中毒,要加强对工厂集体食堂的卫生监督管理,提高集体食堂的卫生水平,防止副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的再次发生。
Objective To research the cause of this collectively food poisoning case and avoid the same thing happens, Methods Epidemiology survey and lab standard inspection of the rest of roasted duck, the patient blood and dejecta. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was found in the roasted duck and the dejecta of 11 patients, a leukocyte raised(11.6-23.9 × 10^9/L) after 52 patients taking a regular blood test. Conclusion Comparing with enterovirus, vibrio parahaemolyticus is not easy to cause disease, but it will cause food positing when taking a great deal of bacterium. Therefore we must strengthen the supervision and management of the factory canteen sanitation, improve the sanitation standard of group canteen, avoid the case happen again thus caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus.
