摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe_2O_3/SiO_2/TiO_2三元复合薄膜。通过XRD表征、紫外-可见透射光谱分析,考察了Fe_2O_3、SiO_2对TiO_2晶型、亲水性、光催化性能的影响。结果表明:加入Fe_2O_3、SiO_2后,TiO_2仍然保持完整的锐钛型,抑制了TiO_2晶粒的增长,且加入Fe_2O_3后TiO_2的吸收波长发生了"红移"。Fe_2O_3/SiO_2/TiO_2光催化性能、亲水性能优于SiO_2/TiO_2、Fe_2O_3/TiO_2及单一TiO_2膜。
Nano-Fe2O3/SiO2/TiO2 composite thin film was prepared on the surface of glass by the sol-gel processing and dipping-plugging method. The morphology and structure of the film was characterized by the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and UV-visible spectra. The effect of Fe2O3 and SiO2 on the photocatalytic and hydrophilic properties of compos- ite film was studied. The results indicate that the absorbance wavelengh of TiO2 moved to the "long wave" and the analysis of XRD indicates that TiO2 was anatase after adding Fe203. The photocatalytic activity and hydrophile of Fe203/SiO2/ TiO2 composite film are superior to those of SiO2/TiO2, FeiO3/TiO2 and pure TiO2 film.
