太阳电池的双指数简化模型 被引量:2

摘要 以太阳电池的双指数理论模型为研究对象,通过数值模拟的方法,建立太阳电池的简化模型,并利用太阳电池的实验数据进行了模拟分析。研究结果表明:以简化模型为基础,仅利用生产厂家为用户提供的产品在标准测试条件(STC)下测出的,I_(oc)、V_(oc)、I_m、V_m作为参数,能以较高的精度计算出太阳电池的I-V特性,为太阳电池数学模型的工程应用提供了可能。 Succinct model of solar cell was established to research the characteristics of solar cell base on double exponen- tial theory model. The main advantage of the succinct model is that only four parameters: the short-circuit current( Iac ) ; the open-circuit voltage ( Voc ) ; the maximum power point current (Im ) ; the maximum power point voltage ( Vm ) under standard test condition (STC) provided by inanufacturers are used. Simulation results show that the succinct model is possible to describe any I-V characteristics, meeting the requirements of engineering opplication.
