In this paper, we introduced the IBM Websphere Application Component（WACs）, and described the background,concept and formation of WACs. We also introduced the developing process and handling process. At last, we pointed out the WACs framework providing components with feasible consumer being able to concentrate energy on application system. Thereby, we can shorten the software developing cycle , and improve software quality.
