摘要
阐述了陶瓷制品生产中真空练制泥段的螺纹缺陷及其解决途径。在陶瓷原料的组成、物理化学性能及含水率适宜,颗粒级别及其级配比例合适,泥料的陈腐处理得当以及坯体的干燥工艺参数合理的情况下,搅泥螺旋应优先采用适宜的螺旋升角(15~25°),挤泥螺旋及螺旋推进器的螺旋升角选用10~14°,挤泥螺旋与输泥筒间隙宜为3~5mm,并宜采用三轴卧式真空练泥机。同时,应采用双头、三头甚至四头螺旋的前倾型叶片的螺旋推进器,并在机头内腔泥料的入口处设置阻止泥料因惯性作用跟随螺旋推进器旋转的阻转棒及阻转筛板等装置。此外,还应确保挤泥螺旋(包括螺旋推进器)、输泥筒、机头和机嘴的同轴度,努力提高螺旋、输泥筒、机头和机嘴等工作表面的光滑平整度,并作好真空练泥机的维修保养、均匀加泥及抽真空装置的密封等工作。使泥料的可塑性得到较大提高,挤出的的泥料机械强度较大、致密度较高、含水率适宜及表面平整光洁,最大限度地减少泥段的螺旋纹缺陷。
Spiral-shaped defect in raw pug and its way of elimination was described. In case of appropriate material composition, physic-chemical properties and moisture content, grain size distribution, proper holding and drying parameters, the screw anger of the propeller shall be 10°- 14°, the gap between the propeller and cylinder shall be 3-5 mm. Horizontal 3-shaft pug mill with propeller of two, three or even four spiral shall be appropriate. Pug rotation-stopper shall be used at pug inlet coaxality shall be kept between propellers, cylinders and die, and high smoothness shall be created on working surfaces of propellers, cylinders and die. With proper inaintenance of mill, vacuum sealing and uniform feeding the enhanced plasticity of pug can be obtained and pug with high mechanical property, high density, appropriate moisture and smooth surface with no as less as possible spiral-shaped defect can be put out.
