摘要
探讨了在三轴联动的数控机床上利用T型刀来加工检具中负角度面的工艺。通过对实际生产中检具制造过程的介绍,分析了采用这种加工工艺路线时应注意的问题。
The process of how to machining the undercut surface of jig by T cutter with the 3 axis NC machine is discussed. By introduction the machining process of jig for auto part, experiences were introduced in the end.
