摘要
针对焊接残余应力难以消除的特点,结合几种能够实现随焊锤击功能的方案,提出了一种基于电磁控制的随焊锤击消应力的工艺方法,并研制出了基于电磁控制的随焊锤击试验装置。采用小孔释放法测量随焊锤击前后的残余应力,通过对比和试验分析得出了影响电磁锤随焊锤击效果的主要参数,其中锤击力和锤击温度对焊接残余应力的影响显著。
According to the property of welding stress was hard to be eliminated, through several scheme about achieving function of welding with trailing peening, a new craft method was brought out to eliminate welding stress based on electromagnetism control of welding with trailing peening and experimental device of welding with trailing peening was fabricated. Measuring the residual stress after and before welding with trailing peening by the little hole method, through the contrast and the experimental analysis, the main parameters were obtained, which had influence on welding with trailing peening by electromagnetic hammer, including peening force, peening temperature, peening frequency, hammer head area. Peening temperature and peening force had remarkable influence on welding residual stress. The results offered information for studying on the welding with trailing peening of eliminating residual stress.
