摘要 义务教育阶段新课程体系全面进入试验阶段,新课程理念对小学科学教与学提出了更高的要求。对六盘水市的157所小学科学课程教师教学现状调查分析发现,该学科的大部分教师教育教学理论知识不够丰富、教学技能运用欠熟练、知识面单一、学科教学能力较弱,针对这些问题提出改革建议有助于教师队伍素质的提高。 The new curriculum system for the period of compulsory education has entered a period of all -round experiment. The idea of the new curriculum has put higher requirements on the teaching and learning of the course of science. An investigation of 157 elementary schools in the Municipality of Liupanshui on the teaching of the course shows that the knowledge of theories of educational teaching of most teachers of the course is not rich enough, that their application of teaching methods is not very skilful, that their knowledge is unitarily narrow, and that their teaching ability is relatively weak. Suggestions to deal with those problems will be helpful for the improvement of the quality of the teachers.
