摘要
通过对参加遵义市小学骨干教师培训的573名教师进行问卷调查,对部分教师进行访谈,根据调查数据的结果,提出重视骨干教师的城乡差异、加强学校与教师有效的沟通、建立教师参与学校管理的和谐校园、加强对任教低于五年的骨干教师的培训与引导等对策。
An investigation is made by questionnaire addressed to 573 teachers receiving a core teacher training and by interviewing some of the teachers. According to information so gathered, some suggestions axe put forth with regard to the problems of paying attention to the difference of urban and rural areas teachers are in, of strengthening the effective communication between the school authorities and the teachers, of building up a harmonious campus with teachers participating in the administration, and of strengthening the training of those core teachers with less than 5 years of service as teachers.
