摘要
通过色值实验方案设计、配置及色值结果计算、比较分析,找出影响浓缩苹果汁质量的主要因素,从而控制不利方面,降低生产成本。
Through the design and configuration of colour value testing plan and the computation and comparative analysis of colour value results, the major factors influencing the quality of concentrated cider were found out with a view of helping to control adverse factors and reduce processing cost.
