摘要
以牛骨、菠萝、番茄为主要原料,经过一系列加工工序制成一种复合汁饮料。对产品容易出现的质量问题及其控制方法进行了研究。
A mixed juice drink was prepared from cattle bone, pineapple and tomato through a series of processes. Several common quality problems in the production and the methods of controlling them were studied.
