摘要
"也罢"是近代汉语中新产生的一个语气助词。在对"也罢"功能描写的基础上,提出语气助词"也罢"的来源及语法演变的动因和机制:"也罢"来源于副词"也"和动词"罢"的组合形式;由"NP+也罢"到"VP+也罢"的变化是其语法化的动因;说话人的主观态度及对语境义的吸收促成了"也罢"的功能扩展。
Yeba is a new auxiliary word of mood in contemporary Chinese language. Based on descriptions about the functions of Yeba in corpus in Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, this paper analyzes the origin, grammatical evolution of Yeba, the compound words of adverb ＋ verb. The change from ＂NP ＋ Yeba＂ to ＂VP ＋ Yeba＂ is the reason for grammaticalization of Yeba and the speakers＇ objective attitude and the context result in the expansion of its functions.
