摘要 利用轮胎气压与滚动半径之间的线性关系,提出了一种轮胎气压监测与报警系统。它通过测量车轮转动时发出的脉冲(成反比地反映轮胎滚动半径的大小),并经车速、磨损等修正后,间接地估计出轮胎气压。当其偏差超出预先设定的门限后,发出异常警报。根据道路试验数据,设计制作了轮胎气压监测和异常报警系统,并设定了两级门槛值和三级报警模式。经实车道路试验验证,效果良好。 In this paper, the design of a tire pressure monitoring and alarming system is presented, utilizing the linear relationship between tire pressure and rolling radius. By measuring the number of pulses generated by rotating wheel, which is inversely proportional to the rolling radius of the tire, and through the corrections in vehicle speed and tire wear, the tire pressure is indirectly estimated, and when the deviation exceeds preset threshold, the alarm will sound. A prototype system is designed and constructed based on the data of road tests with two thresholds and three levels of alarming set. Good results are obtained in verification tests on road with real vehicle.
