摘要
以我国汽车产业轿车市场中合资企业与自主创新企业作为研究对象,建立了市场进入的两阶段动态博弈模型。该模型指出增加R&D投资和提升创新绩效是两类企业的占优战略,自主创新企业需要更加重视提升创新绩效来实现市场份额与利润的目标。最后利用轿车市场真实数据对模型进行了验证。
Taking the Sino-foreign joint ventures and autonomous-innovated enterprises as study objects, a two-stage dynamic game model for market entry is built. Based on the model, it is pointed out that increasing R&D investment and enhancing innovation results are the dominant strategies for these two types of enterprises. In addi- tion, the self-innovated enterprises need pay more attention to the promotion of innovation results in order to achieve the objectives of market share and return. In the end, the model is verified using the real data in car market.
