通过对食品和土壤中重金属Cd污染情况的分析,根据重金属Cd污染产生的原因,结合植物吸收重金属Cd的特点,提出了重金属Cd污染的综合治理对策。包括制定食品和土壤中重金属Cd污染控制规范;建立健全农用投入品重金属Cd限量标准,特别是磷肥中Cd限量标准;建立和完善重金属Cd污染的预警和监控体系,及时发布预警信息和监控指令等措施,降低重金属Cd污染。

According to the analysis of the heavy metal of Cadmium （Cd） in food and soil, we put forward the integrated management countermeasure of Cd pollution based on the reasons of Cd pollution in food and soil and the properties of Cd intake by plant. In order to reduce Cd pollution in food and soil, we should take multi - measures including enacting the control criterion of Cd pollution in food and soil, drawing the standard of maximum permissible limit （MPC） of Cd in agricultural input products, especially the standard of Cd MPC in phosphate fertilizer, setting up the early -warning and monitor control system Of Cd pollution and releasing the early -warning information and monitor control order to reduce Cd into agricultural soil.
