动物毛囊器官的分化与体外培养研究进展 被引量:2

RESEARCH ADVANCES ON THE ANIMAL HAIR FOLLICLE'S DEVELOPMENT AND CULTIVATION IN VITRO

摘要 毛囊是一个由上皮性成分、间质性成分及神经外胚层成分共同构成的器官,由外根鞘、真皮鞘、黑色素和毛乳头等20余种细胞构成。这些细胞在体内经过复杂的相互作用,共同参与了毛囊的分化、发育、生长、分化与周期性调节。近年来,有关毛囊细胞的基础研究取得了很大进展,尤其是关于毛囊的形态发生和发育调控机理的研究成为研究热点之一,并产生了一个崭新的领域——毛囊生物学。本文综述了毛囊器官的分化与发育、毛囊器官的体外培养及功能等方面的研究进展,并对未来毛囊生物学的研究进行了展望。
