Laboratory——The Foundation of Building First Class University(Continued)

结合南京信息工程大学的实际,阐述了实验室建设和一流大学的关系,建设世界一流大学实验室的内涵,特别是实验室在培养学生的三大导向,即应用(技能)导向、精英(考研)导向和国际(出国)导向中的作用,分析了实验室和创新的关系。指出要用一流的理念引领实验室建设,实验室建设是高校中的系统工程,以及建设优秀实验室队伍和充分发挥实验室管理部门作用的重要性。

Combining the situation of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, this paper explored the relationship between the laboratories and the construction of first-class universities, the connotation of world first-class laboratories construction, especially the three directions of labs in students＇ cultivation, namely, skill direction, postgraduate-study direction and internationalization direction as well as the relationship between laboratories and innovation. The paper points out that the construction of laboratories, which is a systematic project in universities, should be guided by first-class conception and the importance of constructing excellent experiment team and making full use of lab management department.
