This article put forward the necessity of establishing a laboratory management organization in college and university by the present condition analysis of laboratory management organization. It is not only the request of national policy and laws but also advantageous to bring into full play the comprehensive performance of laboratory that establishing an independent and specialized departments laboratory management organization.
