摘要
医学检验与测试基础实验教学示范中心,通过对硬件、软件条件的建设,搭建了良好的实验教学平台;完善了管理体制和运行机制;构建了创新实验教学体系;在实验教学的课程设置、实验教材建设、实验教学方法等方面取得了一定的成绩;建立了多元的考核方法;在实验教学研究和教学成果、实验教学管理、师资队伍素质和教学能力上也有所收获。为医学检验创新型人才的培养创造了良好的环境。
By construction of hardware condition and software environment, the basic experimental teaching demonstration centre of medical laboratory science and test of Beihua university constructed a nice experimental teaching platform, and perfected the management system and operating mechanism; constructed an innovative experimental teaching system. Some progresses were made in setting up experimental course, publishing experimental textbooks, reforming teaching means, creating multiple test patterns, as well as teaching achievements, management of experimental teaching, quality and teaching ability of teachers. It created a good experimental teaching platform for cultivating innovative medical laboratory talents.
