摘要 相关序列扩增多态性(Sequence-Related Amplified Polymorphism,SRAP)是最近发展起来的新型分子标记,具有简便、可靠、易于测序等优点。主要介绍了相关序列扩增多态性标记技术的概念、原理、特点及该技术在植物中的应用。 SRAP is a new technique for molecular marker with possessing characteristics such as simplicity, reliability, easily getting sequence of selected bands and so on. This paper aimed to describe its conception, principles and overviewed its research advances and application in plants.
