摘要
分析当前高职院校毕业生的择业心理,提出通过创立品牌特色、树立现代"营销"理念、推进校企合作、加强对外宣传、构建全程化的就业指导体系等途径来改善和促进高职院校毕业生就业工作的对策。
Explores the higher vocational college students psychology in choosing their careers under the new situation, put forwards the counter measures on how to improve and promote the higher vocational college students in take up their careers, e. g. creating brand characteristics; establishing modern "marketing" ideas; reinforcing external propaganda work; constructing the career planning system of whole process.
