高校心理健康教育建设对大学生身心健康成长具有重要意义,探讨开展以大学生为本的心理健康教育建设的有效途径,提出了体育育人的两维原始功能(即身体发展和心理健康建设功能)不可或缺的理念,提出了实现大学体育心理健康教育建设在内容、方法等方面应实现具体化。

Mental health education construction in colleges and universities has great significance for undergraduates＇ healthy growing both mentally and physically. Through discussing effective methods of developing undergraduates＇ mental health education construction, this article raises the inevitable idea of two original function＇s of physical education （the construction function of physical development and mental health） and the idea of realizing specific education construction of physical and mental health in aspects of content and method.
