高校对篮球职业化作用的研究

Research on Colleges' and Universities' Influence on Professionalization of Basketball

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,通过比较分析认为高校应运用自身优势,在培养高水平运动员的同时,还可以为基层培养有理论基础和丰富实践经验的篮球教练员,并与职业俱乐部相结合,培养篮球职业化中急需的各类专门人才,为职业俱乐部的建设服务。

Through studying documentation, interviewing specialists and analyzing, the author thinks that colleges and universities should make best of their advantage to cultivate high-level athletes and to cultivate basketball coaches with rich theoretical and practical experience for grass roots. Meanwhile, colleges and universities should combine with professional clubs to cultivate various types of specialists that are badly needed in process of professionalization of basketball and to offer advice for the professional clubs.
