For the 30 years of reform and open policy, China＇ s law system construction has built a unique road different from the Western law tradition. Remarkable achievements have been made in legislation ,judicature, legal occupation and law education and other areas. It is of great significance to discuss and summarize the model of China＇ s law development under the globalization background according to the international＂law and development＂ theory.
