摘要
本文研究了氨基乙基纤维素(AE)富集AsO_4^(3-)的条件,并采用抗坏血酸-盐酸羟胺体系还原砷钼杂多酸,应用于测定自来水、井水、河水中的砷,结果满意,检测下限达1ppb。
Aminoetayl (AE)-Cellulose exchanger is used for arsenic(V) enrichment, The optimum con-ditions for AsO_4^(3-), enrichment and the use of ascorbic acid-hydroxylamine hytrochloride systemas reducing agent were described. One ppb As (V) can be enriched and recovery was 93%. Thismethod can be applied to the detenmination of AsO_4~3- in tap-, Well-and river-water with satis-factory results.
