滇西前胡的化学成分研究

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Peucedanum delavayi

目的:研究滇西前胡(Peucedamum delavayi Franch.)根及根茎的化学成分。方法:用色谱法分离并根据理化性质及波谱测试鉴定得到15个化合物。结果:化合物分别为伞形花内酯(Ⅰ)、Coumurrayin(Ⅱ)、Mexoticin(Ⅲ)、异紫花前胡苷元(Ⅳ)、异紫花前胡苷(Ⅴ)、石防风素(Ⅵ)、Selinidin(Ⅶ)、异白花前胡丁素(Ⅷ)、Isopteryxin(Ⅸ)、阿魏酸(Ⅹ)、Falcarindiol(Ⅺ)、硬脂酸(Ⅻ)、β-谷甾醇(XⅢ)、胡萝卜苷(XⅣ)、d-甘露醇(XⅤ)。结论:以上化合物中均是首次从滇西前胡中得到。

Objective ： To study the chemical constituents of the radix and rhizome of Peucedanum delavayi. Methods ： The chemical constituents had been separated by manifold chromato-graphy methods, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis. Results ： Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as Umbelliferone （ Ⅰ ）, Coumurayin （ Ⅱ） , Mexoticin （ Ⅲ ） , Marmesin （ Ⅳ ）, Ammijin（ Ⅴ ）, Delton（ Ⅵ ）, Selinidin （ Ⅶ ）, Anomalin （Ⅷ）, Isopteryxin （ Ⅸ ）, Ferulic acid （ Ⅹ）, Falcarindiol （ Ⅻ ）, Stearic acid （ Ⅻ）, p-sitosterol（ X Ⅲ ）, Daucosterol （ XⅥ ） and d-Mannitol （ X V ）. Conclusion： All these compounds are isolated from Peucedanum delavayi for the first time.
