摘要
介绍了初冷混合液循环洗萘机理,以及通过采用焦油乳化液与冷凝液组成的混合液替代焦油、氨水、冷凝液所组成的混合液,进行初冷器的循环洗萘的工艺改进。改进后有效的提高了初冷器的洗萘效率。
Based on the mechanism of cyclic naphthalene absorbing with composite liquid in primary cooler, using composite liquid which be composed of emulsified coal tar and liquor condensate instead of composite liquid which be composed of coal tar, ammonia and liquor condensate , the efficiency of cyclic naphthalene absorbing in primary cooler has been improved effectively.
