摘要
针对唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯出现表面纵裂纹的原因进行了的分析,指出了结晶器铜板形状、镀层质量、水口流场、扇形段对中、保护渣性能和钢水质量是导致纵裂发生的主要影响因素,据此提出改进措施,使薄板坯连铸纵裂得到有效控制。
This paper studied the causes of surface longitudinal cracks on thin slabs of tanggang FTSC technology, pointed out that copper plate shape, layer quality, SEN flowing field, segment align, mould powder property and liquid steel quality were mainly influences, and put forward countermeasures, so longitudinal crack was controlled efficiently.
