摘要
对安钢制氧厂3#23500m3/h机组透平空压机防喘振控制实现方法进行了总结,对空压机自动加载失败、经常性轻载等问题进行了分析,提出了在防喘振控制线中新增加过渡控制线的方法,对经济理想加载、稳定工况起到了关键作用。
To sum up the way of preventing from surging control about the An Ggang Oxygen Plant 3^#23500m^3/h air compressor. To analyse the failure of air compressor automatically loading and the problem of common light - load. So it adivices a method that there should be added a steep line across the line to open the ASV via solennide control, It＇s a key to economical and ideal load and to stabilize the situation of machines.
