昆明城中村改造后“村民”就业培训思考

Employment Training of the "Villagers" in Kunming after the Renovation of Urban-Village

昆明的城中村是随着城市经济的发展而发展的,它承担了廉租房的重任,降低了整个城市的运营成本,但也给昆明带来了严重的经济、社会、环境问题。改造城中村是昆明进一步发展的需要。在城中村的改造过程中,政府应重视城中村改造后"村民"的就业培训。对村民的就业培训要以满足市场需求为导向、以解决就业为宗旨,要注重培训内容的区分和质量的保证;也要采用科学合理、灵活多样的培训方式。

The urban - villages in Kunming have been flourishing along with the development of the city＇ s economy. However, they have caused economic, social and environmental problems for the city though they have provided low- rent housing and have reduced the city operation cost. Urban - village renovation is a requirement for the further development of the city. To change the villagers into city residents, government should change its idea and gives priority to the villagers＇ renewal of idea and quality education, and most important of all, to solve the problem of employment. The villagers＇ employment relies heavily on training which must correspond to the requirements of the market. Further, great importance must be attached to the contents, quality, and scientific and flexible ways of training.
