摘要 针对有色冶炼废气污染的现状,介绍一种用于有色冶炼烟气脱硫的新技术——离子液循环吸收法,以及在巴彦淖尔冶炼厂尾气脱硫工程中的应用实例;离子液循环吸收法脱硫技术具有脱硫效率高、运行成本低、可靠性高、操作简便、硫资源可回收利用等优点,是一种适用于冶炼脱硫的新技术。 This paper describes the status of waste gas pollution in nonferrous smelting. A new technology (ionic liquid circulating absorption technology) of flue gas desulphurization in nonferrous smelting is presented to solve these problems. Based on the applied example in flue gas desulphurization at Bayannaoer smelting plant, it illustrates that the technology of desulphurization is characterized by high efficiency in desulphurization, low cost in operation, high in reliability, easiness in operation and recycling sulfur from the flue gas, thus shows that the new technology of ionic liquid circulating absorption is suitable for smelting desulphurization.
