摘要
分析堆取料机取料斗轮减速机输入轴与二级锥齿轮轴的故障原因,针对检修装配方案中的弊端,指出在检修装配过程中,应合格调整轴承游隙、齿轮侧隙以及接触区,以提高装配调整质量,提高了设备运转率。
This paper analyzes the fault cause of the bucket wheel reducer input axis and secondary bevel gear axis. Aiming at the disadvantage of the maintenance scheme, it points out that the bearing windage, gear gap and contact area should be adjusted correctly during the maintenance assembly process, which is used to enhance the assembly adjustment quality and increase the running efficiency of the equipment.
