针对5^#碱液泵机组出现的异常振动问题，应用RH802双通道振动频谱分析仪对采集的数据进行诊断分析，得出碱液泵异常振动的主要原因为松动和不对中之结论，并进行针对性地处理，较好地解决了5^#碱液泵机组振动异常问题。

In view of the abnormal vibration problems of 5^# lye pump unit, this paper adopts RH802 double channel vibration spectrum analyzer for diagnosis analysis on acquisition data, draws conclusion that the abnormal vibration of lye pump unit is caused by looseness and misalignment, then treats them correspondingly, solves the abnormal vibration problem of 5^# lye pump unit.
