摘要
啤酒游戏是一个生产和配销单一品牌啤酒的系统,证实了牛鞭效应的存在,牛鞭效应是供应链中普遍存在的现象!在对啤酒游戏进行深入思考的基础上,文中得出结论信息共享是解决"牛鞭效应"的基本途径。鉴于信息流的重要性,详细介绍了信息技术的支撑体系,并以电子商务为例,分析了解决"牛鞭效应"的对策。
The beer game is a system that produces, distributes and sells the beer of some brand, confirms the existence of the bullwhip effect, which is the common phenomenon in the supply chain! In this paper, on the basis of considering the beer game deeply, a conclusion is made that information-sharing is the essential way to solve "the bullwhip effect". In view of the importance of the information flo~ the support system of the information technology is introduced in detail. Taking the electronic commerce as an example, the countermeasure to solve "the bullwhip effect" is analyzed.
