摘要
随着海运经济的发展和海上活动的日益增多,海上险情也逐渐增加。海上搜救,作为保障海上生命财产安全的最后一道防线,其重要性是不言而喻的。搜救包括"搜寻"和"救助"两方面,文中主要就海上搜寻技术进行讨论。
More and more accidents happen on the sea with the development of seaborne economic and frequency maritime activities. In these cases search operations must be undertaken. Search operations include searching and relief, and this paper discuss in detail the method of searching techniques.
