摘要
随着旅游产业的不断发展,社会对旅游人才的需求也提出了新的要求,作为培养旅游专门人才的高职高专院校也需要构建新的人才培养体系。实践教学是人才培养体系的重要组成部分,建立切实可行的实践教学体系可有效地促进人才培养体系的构建。
With the development of tourism industry, society to the needs of tourism professionals makes new demands, and general universities and colleges, high and secondary vocational or technical schools also need to build a new personnel training system. As practice teaching is an important component of the system, establishing an effective and practical teaching system can promote the construction of personnel training system.
