摘要
目的建立硫酸多黏菌素中微量(痕量)残留糖的含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法对样品进行前处理,在490 nm波长下测定吸光度A。结果葡萄糖质量浓度在5.00~100.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度A线性关系良好,r2>0.999,平均回收率为92.1%,最低检出限为8.2mg/kg。结论所用方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于杂质糖的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of saccharide residue in colistin sulphate. Methods The solution of samples were pretreated by phenol-sulphurie acid method, and then the absorhencies were measured at 490 nm. Results The linear range was 5.00- 100.0 ug/mL, r^2〉0. 999. The average recovery was 92. 1%. The lowest detectable limit was 8.2 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and precise. It can be used for the determination of saccharide residue in eolistin sulphate.
