高效液相色谱法测定小儿豉翘清热颗粒中栀子苷含量

Determination of Geniposide in Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules by HPLC

目的建立测定小儿豉翘清热颗粒中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用WatersC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为238nm,柱温为25℃。结果栀子苷质量浓度在0.41～20.5μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为98.13%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、快速、准确,适用于小儿豉翘清热颗粒中栀子苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules. Methods Waters C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 um） was used with aeetonitrile-water （15：85） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 238 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linearity of geniposide was in the range of 0.41 - 20. 5 ug/mL（ r = 0. 999 4）. The mean recovery rate was 98. 13% and RSD was 1. 18% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as the quality control of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules.
