高效液相色谱法测定槐花冲剂中芦丁含量

Determination of Rutin in Huaihua Granules by HPLC

目的探讨测定槐花冲剂(槐花、野菊花、甘草)中芦丁含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用KromasilC18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(32∶68),检测波长为257nm。结果芦丁进样量在0.229～3.432μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,平均回收率为99.42%,RSD为1.37%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、可靠、准确,可用于槐花冲剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining rutin in Huaihua Granules （Flos Sophorae, Flos Chrysanthemi indiei, Radix Glycyrrhizae）. Methods Kromasil C18 column （200 mm ×4.6mm,5um） was used. The mobile phase was methanol- 1% acetic acid （60：40）. The detection wavelength was at 257 nm. Results The linear range of rutin was within 0. 229-3. 432ug（ r=0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.42%, RSD was 1.37% （n =6）, Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and accurate, which can be applied to the quality control of Huaihua Granules.
