摘要
目的评价岩乳管在薄层高分辨率CT上的显示率和管径大小。方法回顾性分析2007年1～12月100例患者200个颞骨轴位正常内耳薄层高分辨率CT影像,层厚分别为0.75,1,2mm。结果89%的岩乳管得到显示,平均管径0.68mm,管径比同层的上半规管要小。结论薄层高分辨率CT能很好地直观显示岩乳管的结构。
Objective To evaluate the size and the display rate of petromastoid canal on high resolution computed tomography （HRCT）. Methods The axial sections of 200 HRCT images obtained with 0, 75, 1, 2 mm- thick slices through the temporal bones were retrospectively analyzed from January to December 2007. Results Petromastoid canal was well showed by 89% on thin-section reconstructions HRCT. The mean size was 0. 68 mm and less than that of the upper semicircular canal on the same level. Conclusion The structure of petromastoid canal can be directly showed on thin section HRCT.
