摘要 脉冲发生器是超宽带引信系统的关键电路,必须考虑设计合理的脉冲发生器。提出了基于CPLD的超宽带无线电引信的系统原理,并对其工作过程进行了说明;设计了亚纳秒级脉冲发生器,介绍了该电路的工作原理并对其进行了仿真,根据仿真结果分析了输出波形的特征,验证了超宽带引信的优良特性。同时,该脉冲发生器电路结构简单,容易实现且性能完全能达到实用要求。 Pulse generator was a key circuit of ultra wide band (UWB) radio fuze, it was necessary to design a reasonable pulse generator. System principle of UWB radio fuze based on CPLD was brought forward, and its working process was illustrated. Sub-nanosecond pulse generator was designed, and the pulse circuit was introduced and simulated . The characteristic of output wave was analyzed based on the result of simulation, which proved good characteristics of UWBfuze. The pulse generator is simple and easy for realization, and can attain application request completely.
