老年COPD患者生存质量状况的调查分析

Investigation and management on quality and compliance with rehabilitation treament in the geriatric COPD patients

目的了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生存质量状况及康复治疗的依从性,提出有针对性的康复知识的宣教及康复措施。方法自行设计问卷,被调查者对问卷完全理解后填写调查表,根据回收问卷对患者的生存质量状况进行分析。结果COPD患者日常生活能力下降明显;大部分患者不能坚持呼吸锻炼;而正确坚持氧疗的只有3例,占有过吸氧经历患者的6.67%。患者最想了解的康复知识依次为康复治疗的目的、方法、氧疗和用药知识等。结论应广泛开展对COPD患者的康复知识宣教,因人而异,制定有针对性的康复计划,达到改善COPD患者生活质量的目的。

Objective To put foward effective rehabilitation knowledge and management,by investigating the status quo of living quality and compliance with rehabilitation treatment in COPD patients. Methods By taking the form of questionnaire designed by the investigator, the patients with COPD answer it after learning the questionnarie. Results The activity of daily living of COPD patients obviously decreased. Most patients can not maintain breathing exercise, especially only 6.67% with oxygen therapy. The rehabilitation knowledges that the patients mostly want：to know the aim and method of rehabilitation treatment,oxygen therapy,the use of the drugs, and so on. Conclusions To improve quality of life of COPD patients, the propagandism and education of rehabilitation knowledge shall be extensively carried out. The rehabilitation programme shall be drawed according to every patient condition.
